Refund & Exchange Policy

 

All sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not allowed. If you receive an item with a problem/defect or the wrong item, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can assist.

If There’s a Problem with Your Item

We’re here to help with cases such as:

  • Damaged or defective item upon delivery
  • Incorrect item received
  • Missing items in your order

After reviewing your case, we’ll work to make it right—typically via a replacement, re-shipment, or store credit where applicable.

How to Report an Issue

  1. Contact us as soon as you receive your order.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.

Upon Delivery

  • Please inspect your package on arrival. If the outer box is visibly damaged, note this with the courier or take photos before opening.
  • Keep original packaging and labels until we complete our review.

Exclusions & Notes

  • Change-of-mind requests are not accepted.
  • We cannot process claims without sufficient proof (photos/videos and order details).
  • Color/texture variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings and are not considered defects.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation. If you notice an error in your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist.
